Anyone launches a token for 0.002 ETH, backed by the Arcus perp they choose. Supply is always 1 billion.

At least 90% of the supply goes into a Uniswap v4 pool at a $15,000 opening market cap. That liquidity is locked forever, nobody can pull it.

Every trade pays a 1% tax in the perp token, split automatically: half keeps this place running, half goes to the token's creator.
